Overview
If your leads come through Hilton Meeting Broker, you can point them straight into Matrix so they arrive automatically, with no double entry. This is the short version. For all lead sources (OneSource, Engine, Cvent, and more), see the full Lead Agent page.
The idea in one line
Each property has a Lead Agent email. Set that address as your lead catcher in Meeting Broker, and new leads flow into Matrix automatically. You still respond to the client in Meeting Broker exactly as you do today. Matrix only handles the data entry, so it is not double work.
Step 1: Copy your Lead Agent email
Each property has its own Lead Agent email address, and you copy it right from Matrix:
- Open the Leads page.
- Use the property selector at the top right to choose the property you are setting up. The address is hidden while you are on the Global view.
- On the Lead Agent Email card near the top of the page, click the copy icon to copy that property's address (for example
leads-ardalga@m1intel.co).
⚠️ Important: the domain is
.co, not.com. Copying it from the card avoids typos. Double-check the ending if you ever type it by hand.
Step 2: Set it as your lead catcher in Meeting Broker
- In Meeting Broker, go to Administration.
- Select your Location.
- Set the Default Lead Coordinator to your Lead Agent email (or to a distribution list that includes it).
That is it. New Meeting Broker leads will now create Lead records in Matrix automatically.
Tip: route through a distribution list
Instead of the Lead Agent email alone, use a distribution list that includes it plus your team. That way your team still receives the lead emails in their inboxes while Matrix captures them at the same time, and you only have one address to update across platforms.
