Agent Neo is still in open beta, and July was mostly about it knowing more about what is actually happening on property. Ask for a recap and it surfaces in-house, arriving, and departing groups, and calls out the properties with no activity logged at all. After 4pm in the property's own timezone the prompting chips switch from a morning game plan to today's recap. Answers are shaped by the position on your user record, so a director of sales and a GM asking the same question get it framed differently.

Smaller ones: the chips stay put while you scroll, every answer has a copy button, the default opportunity lookback went out to three years, group pace answers show actual pickup next to rooms blocked, and the stage filters now agree with what the report table shows.

Agent Neo is still in open beta, and it got more useful in June. Paste or attach a file straight into the chat instead of describing what is in it. A thinking indicator shows the work in progress rather than leaving you on a blank screen. Two new tools landed: one answers group pace questions, and one handles account questions like which of my accounts have gone quiet.

Email activities can be scheduled to go out later, with the send timezone shown, so a 7am send means 7am where the planner is. The notes editor picked up color and alignment controls, automatic linking on pasted URLs, and a panel you can resize. Documents preview in place instead of downloading.

On the fix side: a converted lead is now marked converted, the group board survives a scope change mid-load, Sales Readout portfolio filters sort and show every portfolio, and the Guestrooms date range stat box reports the right number.

Document templates that used to live per-property now centralize at the subscription level. Update the BEO header once; every property inherits. Property-specific overrides still possible where the brand standard requires it.

Deposit schedules now support multiple stages: 25% + 50% + balance, or whatever your contract says. Reminders fire on the Activity Log when a deposit is due, no more chasing dates from a calendar tab.

Every lead now carries a response-time field: first-activity-logged minus lead-arrival timestamp. Matrix surfaces leads aging past your team's response SLA on the leads list, and reports response-time medians on the Sales Readout. Plus: AI Summary on the Kanban card got a structural rework: clearer sections, faster generation.

Activity emails now route through a deliverability-tightened path: spam-trigger heuristics blocked at send, undeliverable addresses surfaced in the activity flyout instead of failing silently. When a contact replies to a Rate Load Request or a signature email, the reply lands with the sender on your team, not in a generic shared mailbox.
