Connect Matrix to ChatGPT and Claude.
Matrix runs an MCP server now, at matrix.m1intel.com/mcp, which means Agent Neo's tools can be used from outside Matrix. Add it in ChatGPT or Claude as a custom connector pointed at that URL, authorize it once over OAuth, and you can ask about your pipeline in the assistant window you already have open. The answers come from your own Matrix data rather than a general model guessing at it. Neither product lists Matrix in its connector directory yet, so this goes through the custom connector path in both.
The connection authenticates as itself rather than borrowing your browser session. Every request carries an OAuth access token Matrix verifies before it does anything, and your Matrix user, subscription and property permissions then apply the way they do in the app. A connected assistant sees what you would see and nothing more. Where a login reaches more than one subscription, the connector settles which one before it answers.
Inside Matrix, the assistant stopped making you type things it could have offered. Clarifications come back as choices you click, there's a property picker for questions that could be about any of several, and the AI Summary panel ranks the top key activities rather than listing them flat. An outside assistant has no Matrix UI to draw that picker in, so over MCP the same choices come back as a list for the assistant to put to you in its own words. Agent Neo is in open beta, and the connectors are the newest part of it.
What shipped.
Currency and date format follow the property. A security upgrade lands under the sign-in page. Scheduled Reports absorbs the old weekly send chain.
ZoomInfo enrichment, and one less decision.
Apollo.io landed in May. ZoomInfo is now a second enrichment source, wired across leads, accounts, and contacts the same way. Enrichment also stopped making you choose: it used to hand back candidate matches and wait for a selection before filling anything in, and it now fills the gaps on its own.

When a lead arrives without a phone number, a contact lands without a LinkedIn URL, or an account is missing a website, Matrix calls Apollo.io and fills the gap automatically. Less hunting, more dialing. Enrichment runs across leads, accounts, and contacts on a single integration.
